Male Allies Programme
A male allies group, that sits within either your gender ERG or across all your ERGs, is a fantastic strategy for engaging more men with inclusion and diversity. We have developed a product which supports you with the launch of a male allies group, educates your allies so they know what changes they need to be making and provides an ongoing platform of support and inspiration which will ensure the group’s success.
Agents of Change Programme
Our ground-breaking Male Agents of Change programme is designed to educate the men in your organisation and to inspire them to become inclusive leaders as well as change-makers in the organisation. The mini version of the programme is a four module programme which incorporates a combination of real life stories, your own I&D strategy and interactive training which leads to a personal roadmap for change. The full two year programme incorporates executive coaching and personal therapy and turns into a sponsorship programme in year 2.
