Token Man Consulting was launched in June 2022 as an inclusion and diversity consultancy which specialises in engaging senior leaders and men with DEI and inspiring them to become change-makers, creating workplaces that are truly inclusive and diverse. We do this through consultancy, events, research, talks training and thought leadership utilising an extensive collection of diverse specialist talent.
